The Browns are the family we all wish we had during an episode of Alaskan Bush People when Noah reveals his desires to leave the family home.

Setting out on your own can be intimidating. But with a family like the Browns backing you, there’s not a whole lot you can’t try to accomplish. During a heartwarming episode of Alaskan Bush People, Noah nervously tells his family that he’s thinking about leaving home and pursuing his dreams.

“I belong with everyone. I just don’t know if it’s here,” Noah hesitantly tells his family.

Billy, Noah’s father, immediately eases his son’s nerves with some words of wisdom – as he always did before his passing last month.

“What have we taught you your whole life?” asked Billy. “Each person has got to follow their own road. That’s what life is about. That’s what our family is about, that’s darn right. What you have with us is here, and it will always be here. And you shouldn’t feel bad about it, man. You can’t feel bad about following your own path.”

Noah reiterates that he loves his family and doesn’t want to abandon them or their show, Alaskan Bush People.

“I just don’t want anyone to think I’m abandoning the family or anything. And I want to give here a fair shot. I want to be with y’all,” said Noah.

Noah Reveals to His Family That He Wants to Be a Sheriff

During the same episode of Alaskan Bush People, Billy is quick to urge Noah to follow what his gut is telling him to do.

“You have to go your own road, man. It would go against everything we ever believed in if you didn’t. I’m proud of you, man,” said Billy. “It’s not like Mama and I didn’t follow our own road. We didn’t listen to anything or anybody. We knew our road together was right and we stuck by it. And I think we did pretty good”

Seemingly, a little more confident, Noah shared his goals with the family. He said he’s like to become a police officer and then eventually be a sheriff in a small town nearby. Although as all families do, his siblings initially poked fun at him a little, they eventually offered him their support.

“I say follow your heart and pursue your dreams,” said Noah’s mother, Ami. “In god’s eyes, you’re still a child. And children don’t wander and worry about what’s in front of them. They live in the moment.”

Did Noah Brown Ever Move Away From Family and Alaskan Bush People Show?

The quick answer is yes. Noah is currently living in Colorado with his wife, Rhain, and their son Eli. After 14 seasons of being in the spotlight for Alaskan Bush People, Noah opted for a quieter lifestyle. Although he is not currently working as a police officer, he does seem to be happy building cribs and toys for his son at home.
