Abigail Hawk, known to all Blue Bloods fans as officer Abigail Baker, already is showing off her best holiday attire.
Or check that, the Blue Bloods star was simply wearing some Sunday duds for a relaxing afternoon. She posted on her Instagram account:
“A spooky Sunday in Sleepy Hollow and Croton-on-Hudson. It’s Fall, ya’ll!” And the photo shows Hawk wearing a gray hat and shirt. And she accessorized the outfit with tiny silver skull earrings. She did look a bit like a witch. We’re checking off the days until Halloween.

Hawk Loves to Take Time Away from Blue Bloods to Explore New York
Hawk was taking time off from Blue Bloods to visit Croton-on-Hudson, a small town in Westchester County, NY. And Sleepy Hollow should get anyone in the mood for Halloween. Hopefully, she didn’t run into the Headless Horseman and other ghosts who haunt the area. We kid, we think.
Hawk does love to travel and enjoy the outdoors. And she posts snapshots on Instagram for all her friends and followers to enjoy. In late summer, the Blue Bloods star posted a video clip of her travels in New York. She captioned it:
“Journey with us as we attempt the Labyrinth and Lemon Squeeze of Mohonk Mountain!” The passage she referred to is described as one of the “most memorable outdoor experiences in the Hudson Valley or anywhere else.” Once you get past Lemon Squeeze, you can step on the ledge and enjoy the beautiful views of Mohonk Preserve.
Hawk’s husband, Brian Spies, travels with her. They married in 2009. Spies was a medic for the New York City Fire Department. So there’s a level of authenticity Hawk brings to Blue Bloods.
Show Teases Newest Episode Called Times Like These
Meanwhile, Blue Bloods is readying for its second episode of season 12. It’s called Times Like These. Here’s the synopsis from CBS for the Friday episode:
“Tension escalates between Frank and Mayor Chase (Dylan Walsh) after Frank makes a public arrest that goes viral. Also, Danny and Baez investigate a gang attack that takes an unexpected turn. Jamie worries when Eddie lies to him about where she’s going in the evenings. And Anthony secretly recruits the Reagans for help with a surprise for Erin.”
In an earlier tease from Tuesday, the Blue Bloods twitter account posted: “Something’s not adding up, and Jamie can sense it. Don’t miss an all NEW Blue Bloods.”
Jamie’s wife Eddie is keeping secrets and is going out at unusual times of the day and night. Eddie is lying to Jamie and Jamie is figuring it out.
