Duck Dynasty star Sadie Robertson Huff posted a photo, sharing her love of America on Independence Day, featuring a couple of special guests.
The Robertson family had made the most out of the opportunities they’ve been given over the years. And they always make sure to pay their respects on national holidays and be thankful for those blessings.
“So thankful to live in the land of the free & the home of the brave!!! 💙🤍❤️ God Bless America!,” she posted to Instagram on July 4. Her newborn baby daughter Honey James and husband Christian Huff also made an appearance to her four million subscribers.
Her mom, Duck Dynasty’s Korie Robertson, also shared the love of her country and family with a photo of Willie Robertson taking a rest on the Louisiana soil.
Korie Robertson said she’s thankful that as COVID-19 vaccines roll out and restrictions are lifted, life can return to normal. That’s because a week before she and one of her cousins took part in a fundraiser.
“This was fun! You might know that Willie’s awesome assistant @jdowen7 is my cousin, but you might not know that another cousin of mine @heatharthur is a hilarious comedian, actor, and emcee. Well, we all got to work together last night at a fundraiser event!”
The Duck Dynasty star says she’s happy to be able to take part in public events such as fundraisers to help others again. They raised money to help local teachers, Arthur’s Instagram page said.
“Thankful that these kinds of things are happening again, and always thankful to get to work with family!”
Duck Dynasty Uses Fourth as Celebration of Faith
Phil Robertson, the patriarch of the Duck Dynasty clan, posted a video on his YouTube channel on July 4th explaining how accepting God’s love made his life so much better. Even though it took him years, he was welcomed with open arms.
“Jesus goes on and dies on the cross. He’s buried, raised from the dead, stayed 40 days, went back into heaven. He’s conquered death. The misery is over. God has delivered his son and raised him from the dead. … Boy, now everybody’s happy, happy, happy,” the “Duck Dynasty” star says.
The Duck Dynasty patriarch continued that Christians have been given a priceless gift in salvation, and to squander it would be the ultimate sin.
“The Book of Acts comes along and Luke recorded Jesus leaves goes back to the Father where he’s mediating for us 24/7. A lot of comfort in that,” Robertson said. “You say if he wasn’t there to mediate for us when we make a mistake as a Christian, we’re dead again. No. Since he’s there to mediate for us he keeps you alive. The sins don’t stick. He removes your sin. And, he will continue to do so the rest of your life on Earth.”
