The Duck Dynasty clan is growing. Mary Kate Robertson revealed baby Ella to the world via an Instagram post on Monday. The daughter-in-law of Korie and Willie Robertson and her husband John Luke Robertson posted the photo from the hospital.
This is their second child. Their son, John Shepherd, is two. The couple announced they were pregnant in November.
A few of the Duck Dynasty family members have commented on the birth since the announcement. Sadie Robertson, John Luke’s sister who is also expecting, wrote “SO OBSESSED.” Rebecca Robertson wrote, “Ahhh I love her so much.”
Mary Kate posted four weeks ago that she wasn’t sure what to expect, but she was excited for her son to become a big brother.
“It feels pretty surreal that next month this little guy will be a big brother when it sort of feels like I just had him?! I’m antsy to meet this new baby, but also trying my best to soak up the last of my time with just him!” she wrote.
Another ‘Duck Dynasty’ Baby On the Way
Sadie Robertson, 23, is expected to give birth to a baby girl in the coming days or weeks. She posted a photo timeline of her growing baby belly recently.
The “Whoa That’s Good” podcast host wrote that being pregnant has changed her outlook on life. And she can’t wait to become a mother. This is her and her husband Christian Huff’s first child.
“Growing : becoming greater over a period of time; increasing.
“You make me better baby girl. I hope I always see growth, no matter how uncomfortable it can be … as a very good thing. Because that it is.”
She told Us Magazine that she’s believes Huff will be a good “girl dad,” because he’s sensitive and kind.
“I just feel like this little girl is going to know she’s beautiful and wonderful and be very confident and set and who she is,” she told the magazine.
