Jessie James Decker just posted a stunning bikini picture shortly after discovering body-shaming posts about her online. The 33-year-old singer looks fantastic and toned in a colorful bikini and fun denim bucket hat.

Decker’s always been honest about her health journey and has shared some of her workouts. She and her husband seem to be excelling at the gym. Seriously, her workouts do NOT look easy. But even someone like Decker faces harsh online judgment.

Last week, the singer and songwriter posted a series of videos emotionally detailing some hateful blogs and Reddit threads she found about herself online, all attacking her appearance. Now, she’s letting people know that she’s not going to let online trolls get in the way of her confidence. The caption of her photo simply says “#cheers.”

Jessie James Decker Opened Up About Body-Shaming In Emotional Videos Last Week

In the series of videos posted to her Instagram last week, Jessie James Decker talked about finding true health in not obsessing over numbers on a scale. The Lights Down Low singer expressed that she’s a human being just like everything else and that words can do serious damage.

“Yes, I have gained weight, 100 percent. I used to obsess over it; tried to stay a certain weight, and most recently, over the past year, I decided to just let myself live. I work out, and I eat what I want, and I 100 percent am 10 pounds heavier than I used to be,” but Decker also pointed out that shouldn’t matter at all.

“When you are writing blogs and stories and bullying me about how much weight I’ve gained and how fat my thighs are, I do take that offensively. Because what is the messaging you are sharing?”

Decker Wants Women to Experience Less Shaming

She also expressed that she hated the idea of her daughter growing up in a world where people would put the same type of pressure on her. Fans rallied around Decker in support of the singer, expressing their own experiences with body shaming and pressure to look a certain way.

This isn’t the first time Jessie James Decker’s clapped back at judgment from people online. In a 2017 interview with Self, she talked about body-shaming and motherhood.

“I hate those unrealistic goals that people place on women. It’s just not right,” Decker told the publication. “It took us nine months to have our babies and put on this weight. I gained 55 pounds with my daughter, so I get it, it’s tough. But you can’t just pop out a baby and expect to be the size you were before, it just doesn’t work like that. I hate that people make women feel that’s what they have to do”
