Much the same with live television, anything is bound to happen during a live concert as Luke Bryan found out.
While performing in front of a large audience, country music superstar Luke Bryan noticed his smoke machine was ineffective. The machine was putting out too much smoke for Bryan and so the singer took matters into his own hands. Now, you would have to believe that Luke Bryan has people to fix the smoke machine if it isn’t working. Maybe he does and maybe he doesn’t, but while performing recently in Phoenix, Luke Bryan took action. He leaped off the stage and pushed the smoke machine over onto its side to keep the abundance of smoke from getting in his face. While on the floor pushing over the machine, he is accidentally kicked in the head by his stage manager.
The whole smoke machine saga was caught on video and, of course, has been making the rounds on social media. Take a look at Luke Bryan in action and pay close attention to the left side of the screen once he jumps off the stage.
The video is pretty funny and since Luke Bryan didn’t get hurt — it is ok to laugh at it. The best part of the video is how Bryan jumps back on stage as if nothing ever happened. Smoke machine crisis averted and now it’s time to hit the chorus. Luke Bryan is a true country music trooper who can not be stopped by a single smoke machine or kick to the back of the skull.
Luke Bryan Is Happy To Be Back in Front of His Fans
Like with every other music act, the COVID-19 pandemic threw a wrench into Luke Bryan’s 2020 touring plans. Also like other music acts, he is thrilled to be performing live in front of sold-out crowds once again. Bryan did address the smoke machine drama a little later in the show.
“So smoke machines dry my s*** out,” he says of the incident. “So that smoke machine was blowing up my a** so I went down there to cut the smoke machine off and my stage manager jumps down there and kicks me in the back of the head. And I thought a speaker fell on my head.“
The audience got a big laugh out of the whole situation and got a great night of country music as well. All is well that ends well, I suppose.
Luke Bryan is currently on the Farm Tour 2021 path as he is back on the road once more. The “That’s My Kind of Night” singer is known to bring tons of energy to his live performances and that is exactly what he is doing with the Farm Tour.
