Luke Combs has done it again. Luke scored his 11th straight No. 1 single as “Forever After All” topped the Billboard Country Airplay chart this week. Luke is the first artist whose first 11 singles have reached No. 1 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart.
Luke is in totally uncharted waters. In fact, when he topped the charts in March 2019 with “Beautiful Crazy,” he became the first country artist whose first five singles reached No. 1. Now, Luke has added six additional No. 1 singles to that historic accomplishment.
In addition, “Forever After All” represents the sixth No. 1 single from Luke’s 2020 deluxe album, What You See Ain’t Always What You Get.
Luke Is Forever No. 1
Penned by Luke, Robert Williford, and Drew Parker, “Forever After All” was released in October 2020. Of course, the tender tune was dedicated to Luke’s wife, Nicole, much in the same vein as previous songs “Beautiful Crazy” and “Better Together.”
The newly anointed No. 1 singles features Luke lovingly crooning the chorus: “They say nothing lasts forever / But they ain’t seen us together / Or the way the moonlight dances in your eyes.”

Arena Tour
Luke will hit the road this fall for a massive arena tour, featuring an in-the-round stage design. Kicking off in September, the 20-plus-date tour includes stops at New York’s Madison Square Garden, San Francisco’s Chase Center, Houston’s Toyota Center, Chicago’s United Center, Boston’s TD Garden, and more.
In March, Luke Combs revealed he was working on his third studio album. The upcoming project will follow his 2017 debut album, This One’s for You, and his 2019 sophomore album, What You See Is What You Get.
This One’s For You has spent 50 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. That ties the record for the longest reign atop the chart with Shania Twain’s Come On Over in 1997.
