On Oct. 30, LL Cool J was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and his co-stars on “NCIS: Los Angeles” made a sweet tribute video to his achievement.

“There’s so much I could say about you as a man, as an artist,” Caleb Castille, who plays Devin Rountree, started. Chris O’Donnell called him “the Mount Rushmore for hip hop.”

Eric Christian Olsen had profound words for his co-star, saying, “Grace is one of the many things I love about him,” while Medalion Rahimi called him “wonderful and such a mentor.”

Castille spoke again, saying that LL Cool J is one of the “most genuinely humbled and most talented people I know.”

“The world gets to see the fruits of your labor,” said Daniela Ruah, “but we get to see the grind.”

“Who else has been the GOAT, not for 10 years but for 4 decades,” said Olsen. The video is a minute and 31 seconds of high praise for LL Cool J from his “NCIS: Los Angeles” co-stars, and he deserves every second of it.

“This is the definition of a lifetime achievement,” said Rahimi, “I don’t know anyone who’s more deserving than you […] you have had such an impact on so many people’s lives.”

“Also inspiring people along the way,” said Castille, “so, man, you deserve this.”

LL Cool J to Host National Tree Lighting Ceremony

LL Cool J is arguably having a great year; his show is back on the air for a 13th season, he’s in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and now he’s going to be hosting the National Tree Lighting Ceremony in Washington D.C.

The actual lighting will take place on Dec. 2, but will air on CBS on Dec. 5 at 8:30 pm central. Billy Porter, Chris Stapleton, Maren Morris, Kristen Chenoweth, and Patti LaBelle will perform, among others.

The tree lighting is a 98-year-old tradition, starting with President Calvin Coolidge in 1923. Over the years the trees have gotten bigger and the lights a little more extravagant, but the message of hope and peace in the world is still the same.

Caleb Castille Offered Big Congrats to LL Cool J After His Induction into Hall of Fame

“Mama said knock you out was not a suggestion !!” Caleb Castille wrote on Instagram of his co-star LL Cool J’s induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

“BIG Congrats to a living LEGEND on being inducted into the ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME tonight! I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity to stand next to you and soak up years of wisdom/knowledge Todd. Thanks for always being a man of your word and a leader!”

Clearly, LL Cool J has had a huge influence on his co-stars; they send him love any chance they get.
