Duck Dynasty’s Si Robertson Starting His Own Podcast Debuting This Week

Duck Dynasty star Si Robertson recently announced that he will be starting his own podcast, “Duck Call Room,” that will debut later this week.

Si Robertson, often referred to as “Uncle Si,” is a retired duck-call maker at Duck Commander. The 72-year-old is the brother of fellow TV personality and Duck Dynasty star Phil Robertson.

Meanwhile, the “Duck Call Room” Instagram account posted earlier today confirming the news that Uncle Si would indeed be starting his own podcast, or as he calls it, “podcat.” As a TV star and Vietnam War veteran, Uncle Si should have plenty to talk about on his new podcast.

“Uncle Si Is always podcat’n,” the “Duck Call Room” account wrote. “It’s official. Si Robertson is starting a “podcast” on Thursday. Hope y’all join us in the Duck Call Room!”

Although he is best known for his role on A&E’s Duck Dynasty, Uncle Si has also appeared on other shows such as the Outdoor Channel’s Buck Commander and The Duckmen of Louisiana.

He was a host of the Duck Dynasty spin-off Going Si-Ral. Further, Robertson has also made guest appearances on Last Man Standing, and in the VeggieTales episode Merry Larry and the True Light of Christmas.

Si Robertson Appears on ‘Unashamed’ Podcast

Uncle Si recently appeared on “Unashamed,” a podcast hosted by his brother Phil Robertson.

On the show, the Duck Commander and his sons generally discuss their Christian faith. They also talk about their desire to share the Gospel with everyone, from new believers to longtime followers of Jesus. Phil, Al, Jase, and their special guests dive deep into religion. Although, another one of their main talking points is why “there’s no hope for the Democratic Party.”

However, on the Dec. 2 episode featuring Uncle Si, the brothers discuss the big news of the debut of Si’s podcast, “Duck Call Room.” In a hilarious segment, they attempt to troubleshoot Si’s cell phone problems, among other things.
